OUR OFFICE AND COVID-19

TO OUR AWESOME EXISTING PATIENTS AND POTENTIAL NEW PATIENTS!

EFFECTIVE Monday, 4/3/2023, the Sonoma County Health Officer lifted the remaining masking requirements in high-risk settings with recommendations based on CDC Community Levels.   Healthcare settings were part of the "high risk settings".  This means masks are no longer required in health care settings.

The updated guidance replaces mandatory masking requirements in high-risk settings with recommendations, which are also based on the CDC COVID-19 Community Levels

High-risk settings include:

  • Health care Settings
  • Long Term Care Settings & Adult and Senior Care Facilities
  • Homeless shelters, emergency shelters and cooling and heating centers
  • State and local correctional facilities and detention centers

Persons may use information about the current CDC COVID-19 community levels in their county to guide which prevention behaviors to use and when (at all times or at specific times) based on their own risk for severe illness and that of members of their household, their risk tolerance, and setting-specific factors. COVID-19 community levels are based on hospitalization rates, hospital bed occupancy, and COVID-19 incidence during the preceding period.

Businesses and venue operators also must allow any individual to wear a mask if they desire to. No person can be prevented from wearing a mask as a condition of participation in an activity or entry into a business.

We will continue to have disinfectant hand/face wipes effective against COVID-19 available at our counters in the reception area for your use and in the front desk area for our employees to utilize for safe interaction with patients. We also have soap and water available in our restrooms and in each treatment room.

If you prefer to wait in your car for your appointment, please call us when you arrive and we will call you when a treatment room is available and you can go straight to your designated room.

All Employees have been instructed not to come to work if sick.

Prior to a patient entering a treatment room, we disinfect each treatment room and door knobs with disinfectant materials.

Our office has approximately 5000 square feet of operating area.
